This globally-recognized certification program is the best way to begin your life-long adventure as a certified scuba diver. Personalized training is combined with in-water practice sessions to ensure you have the skills and experience required to become truly comfortable underwater. You will earn the SSI Open Water Diver certification.

OWD Referral is a course where theory and pool will be conducted with us in Otaniemi. After this the student can choose a dive center abroad – for example in holiday destination - and 4 open water dives will be done there. The local SSI Dive Center will charge the open water dives according to their pricing.

For open water dives in Finland we strongly recommend the use of dry suit. This requires one extra pool session to course program. With dry suit you will stay dry and warm even in the coldest waters. Dry suit is used when water temperature is below 20 degrees Celsius. 

If you are planning to dive in cold waters after the course, we recommend Dry Suit Specialty course. This course will be done together with OWD course and you will get two certifications: Open Water Diver and Dry Suit Diver. The price of the dry suit course is 280 euros, if it is done separately.
